Our fully furnished student rooms are located on the beautiful Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. They are close to Griffith University, the Hospital, shopping centers, bus stops, and trams. As a result, you can easily access everything you need. Additionally, you don’t have to worry about flood-prone areas or noisy freeways. On top of that, our properties are near the main theme parks, making it a fun and convenient place to stay. Each house comes with high-speed WiFi, basic appliances, and *air conditioning to keep you comfortable.
At our properties, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. To do this, we provide a wide range of amenities. For instance, we include dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans, as well as rice cookers and electric kettles. Moreover, you’ll also find knives, chopping boards, dish cloths, tea towels, and cleaning supplies like dish soap and handwash.
In addition, we provide cleaning tools like electric irons, ironing boards, clothes baskets, and drying racks. To ensure your safety, all doors, including bedroom doors, have locks. Specifically, the front and back doors have secure locking screens. Similarly, the windows are fitted with locks and security screens, giving you peace of mind.

Car parking is available, and the rent covers electricity, internet, and water. Furthermore, we work hard to maintain a safe, clean, and quiet environment so you can focus on your studies.
To create a peaceful atmosphere, we limit the number of tenants in each house to five or six. When problems arise, we address them quickly. For example, if something needs repair, we fix it right away.
