This Arundel house is close to everything including shopping centres and many other facilities. The closest beach is at the Broadwater, at the end of Central St., 2.9 km away, a 7 min drive, with barbeque facilities, toilets, etc. Or you can walk around the corner the other way, to ‘Colgate Palmolive Park’ with BBQ and basketball courts. It is 700 metres away, a 9 min walk (2 min drive). Griffith University is just a 6 min drive away, or 10 min by bus. Surfers Paradise is only 8.5 km away, a 16 min drive.
The house is just a 5-minute walk to a shopping centre including an IGA supermarket, fruit shop, chemist, post office, restaurants, and only a five-minute drive to Harbour Town Shopping Centre, with its large shopping centres, restaurants, movie theatres, and so on.
We supply cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, etc., along with extras like garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing and washing machine powder, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc. There is also a very high-quality cable wireless connection to the internet.

Movie World is a popular movie related theme park, great for a whole day out, and is only 11.3 km from the house, a 16 min. drive.
Sea World is Allen’s favourite theme park as he worked there. It is only 8.8 km from the house, a 17 min. drive.
Wet’n’Wild is a great water park on the Gold Coast, just next to Movie World. It’s only 10.6 km from the house, a 17 min. drive.
Dreamworld is Ying’s favourite theme Park, and she takes tour groups to all the parks as a Tour Guide. It is 16.8 km from the house, a 24 min. drive.
Whitewater World is another great water park at Dreamworld, 17.3 km from the house, a 17 min drive.
Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary houses a large collection of Australian native species. It is 28.9 km from the house, and a 30-48 min drive depending on the time.
Griffith University is 3.5 km from the house, a 7 to 8 min drive.

Harbour Town Shopping Centre is only 2.2 km away, a 7 min drive – your closest large shopping centre, and easy to access by bus. Woolworths is there, along with an Asian Grocery Store, a great fruit market, Dimmeys, clothes stores, restaurants, Reading Cinemas, banks, post office, and many other shops.
