Room 1 is a fully furnished, master bedroom with an ensuite.

It includes a queen sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, solid timber desk, desk-chair, desk-light, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, spare single bed, second desk, second desk-chair, light, locking window, vertical blinds, window security screen, and locking door. There is a second (external) door leading out to the pool.

The ensuite includes a shower, basin, and toilet.

Internet (unlimited 100 Mbps), water, and electricity are all included in rent, along with other extras.
