Description
The house is fully furnished, close to everything, and spacious. It has six bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining room, a lounge room, two and a half bathrooms, a BBQ, pool, outdoor dining, and much more.
The kitchen has two sinks, large countertops, stainless steel cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, many cupboards, and a walk-in pantry. The main bathroom includes a shower, sink, bath, locking door, and ceiling exhaust fan.
We supply all cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, rice cookers, etc., as well as other extras; garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, and more. Bills are also included in the rent; water, electricity, NBN Unlimited 100mbps, etc.
It is a convenient 10 minute walk to the Parkwood East Light Rail station, which can take you to Griffith Uni, Southport, Helensvale train station, Westfield Shopping Centre, and many more. Bus stops are only a 2-minute walk away from the property; they can take you to Griffith Uni or Westfield/Helensvale Train Station.

Public Transport
The house is situated closely to public transport; a quick 10 minute walk to the Parkwood East Light-rail Station, which can take you to the Griffith Uni in 3 minutes, Southport in 10 minutes, Westfield/Helensvale Station in 7 minutes, and many more destinations.
Two bus-stops are also located near the house; a 2 minute walk away. They can take you to the Griffith Uni or Westfield Shopping Centre/Helensvale Train Station with stops along the way. Buses come every 30 minutes during weekdays and every hour during weekends.
