This high-set Gold Coast house is close to everything and enjoys a nice ocean breeze in summer. It is very close to shopping centres and many other facilities. We supply all linen, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, etc., along with extras like garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing and washing machine powder, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc. There is also a very high-quality cable wireless connection to the internet.

Movie World is a popular movie related theme park, great for a whole day out, and is only 10.8 km from the house, a 13 to 15 min drive depending on the time of day.
Sea World is Allen’s favourite theme park as he worked there. It is only 8.7 km from the house, a 17 to 23 min. drive depending on the time.
Wet’n’Wild is a great water park on the Gold Coast, just next to Movie World. It’s only 10.1 km from the house, a 16 min. drive.
Dreamworld is Ying’s favourite theme Park, and she takes tour groups to all the parks as a Tour Guide. It is 17.6 km from the house, a 17 to 23 min drive.
Whitewater World is another great water park at Dreamworld, 18.1 km from the house, a 17 to 25 min drive.
Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary houses a large collection of Australian native species. It is 28.7 km from the house, a 30 to 48 min drive.
Griffith University is 3.4 km from the house, a 7 to 8 min drive.
